Here comes the Speedster, ready to quick draw electric bolts onto the opponents! What else is he quick to shoot, I wonder? 🤭

As you can see the initial concept has him with a bomber jacket, but I feel like that's too much addition to the navi suit and I think a more sleek silhouette fits him better as a speedster. Whaddya think?

Also funny thing long ago I did draw a Jolteon suit already. Are they the same person, who knows? But here it is if you wanna see him in a slightly more compromising situation~ 🤭
