Yeah, it is kinda frustrating how Katara is behaving, but is pretty understandable. She was the first one to trust him, and he betreyed that trust. If u ever lost trust in someone u know how hard it is to get over that.

Sometimes its extremely hard to put yourself in the shoes of the characters, we know zuko has grown because we watched episodes like zuko alone, we watched his speech to his father during the eclipse, all katara knows is he tried to kill her and her friends and brother for months and then turned on her when she tried to help him at ba sing se
