Option #1: Saitama challenged Tatsumaki to do the Super Spicy Mega Udon Challenge, after winningthe contest, Tatsumaki stomach rumbles making her legs shake and her brow sweat even more.

She rushes to the nearest bathroom but Fubuki is inside, having eaten (much less) udon herself, and she is not having an easy time either, she sweats and huff while struggling on the bowl.

Tatsumaki desperately bangs her fists against the door but Fubuki won't open it. Tatsumaki holds her anus with both of her hands as nasty gas fills the restaurant, intoxicating and knocking out people. Her hole already puckering as the tip of her load pokes out a little.

Tatsumaki desperately uses her powers to drag the empty udon pot to relieve herself, unloading all the pented up fluids inside her.

Option #4: Natsuki makes a batch of cupcakes for Yuri, which tears up her stomach due to the fact that the cupcakes were spiked with laxatives behind Natsuki's back and causes Yuri make a wet mess all over her panties. This causes Yuri to get angry with Natsuki and prompts her to turn Natsuki into her personal toilet in response, constantly sharting all over Natsuki's face. While that is happening, Monika is seen silently snickering from afar, revealing that she was the one who spiked Natsuki's cupcakes with laxatives, and Monika looks at the viewer with a "shush" motion.

Option #5: We go through the daily routine of Chie Satonaka's life, the catch? She's full of gas from eating a ton of different newly advertised ramen beef bowls the night prior.

We see her through various scenes of the day. Accidentally Bombing the class with her gas with poor Yu sat right in front of her, getting angry at Yosuke and drenching him (and the gang) in her gas while at Junes (she apologises to Nanako, who either luckily didn't get caught in it or Chie moved her before it), burping and alerting all the Shadows in the area leaving Yukiko in a laughing frenzy and finally, she makes up for it by defeating the Shadows with nothing but her flatulent capabilities, either sitting on and farting on the shadows or bending over and letting rip that way, her spats are completely ripped by the end of this though.
