Hello, and... Thank you all for reading. The time that I've put into the Journals of Evander Tailor series has been awesome, and I'm looking forward to continuing writing.

I'd love to hear your feedback on The Archmage - I've considered extending the final battle another chapter or two, and perhaps expanding the epilogue? I want this to be a satisfying conclusion, but I don't want it to feel like closing the book on the entire world. There are meant to be things left unexplained - for example, I'm deliberately not explaining the pillars of light.

On another note, it's time to discuss moving forward. I've spoken before about my plans to write a series following a Druid, and another following a Sorcerer. I'm going to start working on the Sorcerer soon, though there will be some delay as I'm working on getting my plan set up. The current (rough) plan is that it's going to be something of a murder-mystery duology, set in Elderglass. There will still be progression elements, but I'm planning on starting out with a more experienced MC, someone who was an experienced duelist, rather than starting back at square one.

Personally, I’d find it more satisfying if Evan manages to make Tara see reason. I would not change the public service sentence (I suppose that is mostly due to the civilian casualties she caused) or the fact she tries to kill as many archmages as possible, but a sentence or two towards the end that Evan’s perceived sacrifice after he took In the curse magic made her snap out of it or something would be nice. Just my personal opinion of course.

I wish there was “more” because I love their story but I realize all good things must come to an end… I’m very excited to see additional books in this universe, as well as what’s happening with the mana mirror universe. 👏🏻👏🏻
