Guys, has no one explained the eyebrow coloring? Like coloring your hair, you can color your eyebrows. People with light eyebrows or not a lot of hair will dye them darker to make them look fuller.

its an eyebrow tint, you put it on and then wipe it off and it leaves like a stain making your eyebrows more noticible.
