I think Korean weddings are more similar to Chinese weddings rather than European/Western style weddings. The brides are in a red gown and not white and it only takes place in a church with a Pastor if they've converted, otherwise it's hosted by an Emcee, family friend. The traditional white color dress was made popular by Queen Victoria. Women didn't think to wear white until the Queen did. Before that, brides wore their best any color dress at her own wedding. Speaking of wedding dresses, there's this picture floating around social media, even made it onto Daily Mail, this chick is getting heat for wearing a more elegant dress than the bride. She customized her dress, light cream, sequence, even a train in the back, and wore it to her niece's wedding. Lots of people are giving her hate for purposely upstageing the bride. I saw the photo, she's slim, nice body, dress was beautiful, but I also agree that anyone with common sense would know not to do that at someone else's wedding. K, not sure why I even wrote all that, not like you guys care...🤣😂 but I thought it was funny.

The drama itself, this was my very first Kdrama ever. So it does bring fond memories but I also love and hate it the same as all other dramas I've watched over the years. Seo Joon and Min Young were perfectly fine. Although, I did not like his character that much either. I think his narcissistic personality was toxic and contradicts his softer side. It didn't make sense to me how he is so caring as a young boy but than developed this huge ego and he couldn't even get close to women cuz of his trauma. The ego would make more sense if the trauma never happened. The kidnapping plot was weird too. It's a romcom but than you got kidnapping and family trauma happening...it was like watching 2 separate shows at the same time. 🤔😅 Funny thing is, so many liked his portrayal so much, many Chaebols in dramas now act like that character. We saw it in Business Proposal but also in other dramas you guys have not watched.
