The king and queen's first encounter is so iconic 😂😂 when I first saw how she slapped his hand away from his face I was dying laughing I had to pause it lmaooo. But Harris asking the right questions lol should I simp or not simp? I still did, the actress (Shin hye sun) is beautiful 😍 Yes, there's a grand queen dowager (Kim clan) and queen dowager (Jo clan), both belong to 2 different factions of the court and they cant stand each other. You guys are catching on to the actors too! That man who was crying from EAW is Mr Queen's dad in this show. He's always the dad lol. This show is so funny, can't wait for episode 2!

So excited I'm gonna puke. The translations actually aren't too bad, everything is being directly translated so if you don't know Korean culture (sayings, songs, shows), you'll miss the joke. On Viki, they have explanations in parentheses so you understand more, but it does detract from the story if you don't pause and read. Either way, stoked to be watching this with you two and glad you're liking it so much already.

I recommend K-Drama 'Goblin', 'Hotel Del Luna', 'Descendant Of The Sun' 'Goblin', 'Hotel Del Luna' is a fantasy drama. It's good to watch lightly like a cartoon. 'Descendant Of The Sun' is I think you enjoyed watching 'Vincenzo', so I recommend another drama by 'Vincenzo'. It's not noir. It's a romantic comedy, but there are a lot of action scenes.
