Yea Ik the gt4 is at completely different level compared to sawatari’s a110s and kanata’s 86 and not to take away from your point cause you are right that is why he failed to beat it but the transmission did play a small part in it too cause like kanata said in the qualifier for manazuru you get a slight lost of time shifting gears with the shifter compared to a paddle shifter so im just saying I feel like beckenbauer could have beaten sawatari even with the wrong suspension set up if he still had the PDK transmission with the paddles

My prediction is that sawatari finally gets his win and then on the final race we see kanata get his first win

Man, i had the top five right, just not in the right order 😆. I never thought Sawatari would be scheming like that in qualifying, that was actually impressive to prey on Beckenbauers ego like that lol. Sena might be a force to reckoned with too, I think he might actually be battling for first in this race. Im pumped for this race, it seems like it'll top the third race!

That is true the time gained from the pdk alone would've allowed beckenbauer to beat sawatari in the last section. But then again all this happened just because of his last minute spurt thing. Had he analysed sawatari's run earlier and had instead made a spurt on section 2, he would've easily gotten pole especially since sawatari's a110s doesn't have the best setup to fight in that section. But in the end I still think beckenbauer would've gotten pole with the manual had he not made his small mistake.

Once I see the type of energy sawatari is bringing in the first ep of the race I can try to guess if he'll win it. But based off time alone he showed us he is faster than everyone here with his skill and no tricks. Ko winning would actually be an insane surprise of a finish now that I think about it, that might be hype. I agree on the second half, I feel like no matter what Kanata has to get the final W in race 5 tho

Brooo I did forget! It was so short and it kinda got overshadowed by that big race of him vs Ryosuke. If I remember correctly he didn't look right without it so it's good they kept it on him here or I would've been like Who Is THAT!?
