Wait, one person who already clicked like on this within the first minute, i haven't even finished writing the text post yet. How can you know you like it if you haven't seen the

Umm... well. Actually what is there to even say? It's Spyro baby. I'm playing it. It's a good game. Everybody knows. Everybody loves that adorable little scamp. He's purple. He glides. He shoots fire. What's not to love. 

Actually you know what, i don't wanna say shit. I'll just write a review later, maybe. No, you know what. Fuck it, i'll write one here. Just gimme a moment. I'm hungry and my bones ache with elder pains. 

...Okay i'm back, here's my review. 

Spyro the dragon is a fuckin masterpiece and i'm sure you all know that if your old enough to remember a world when things were good. Spyro 2 is also a masterpiece but as of this writing i ain't got to that one yet in this remaster. Or remake or whatever the fuck it even counts as. 

Spyro 3 nobody cares about then, now, or forever. 

But the point is spyro 1 is great except for Tree Tops which is one of the worst levels ever conceived in an otherwise magical game. Spyro is so cool. I love his animations. I love the way his glide adds this sprawling verticality to the levels, and i love the immense satisfaction inherent to every second of his headbutt run. 

I really think this is one of the best games ever made. I mean Spyro 2 is the better game, but Spyro 1 gets credit for the core concept and all the neat little ideas. This game is a really special, inspired little experience. 

Also, the graphics are really good now. Almost too good, it kind of messes with my head.
