The Side Mission From Hell (Patreon)

This will be a series of pain, a torture-train on a terror track toward triple-hell. I'm calling it the side mission from hell but in truth the actual mission is only the beginning. If you were cursed enough to witness this unfortunate series of a blunders when it streamed a couple years ago, you may vaguely remember the trials ahead. That is if you haven't blocked them out, in which case I'm sorry to have to remind you of what i went through on that terrible night. 

I should preface this entire thing by reiterating previous sentiments that i do, in fact, like this game. I once called it the best game of 2019 because i hadn't played Disco Elysium yet, and i still say it deserves 2nd place at least. It's a really really good game with some deeply infuriating flaws. I love this game the way i love a family member, preferably from afar. 

Over the course of this series you will hear me curse it as if it were a thing of evil, and rage at cold, uncaring Gods that allowed it's creation. But i kept playing nonetheless, a testament to... something, i'm sure. Either my own stubborn tenacity or some nebulous it factor that makes the game a work of art beyond the sum of it's terrible gameplay mechanics.
