What does it even goddamn mean? There's a part of my brain that wants to connect it to Rocky, but the game already had one elaborate Rocky reference and this one makes considerably less sense. Who is Adrian in the context of this world? Is the alien making a reference on purpose? It certainly isn't delivered the same way as in Rocky. So what is it then? Just a random sound that accidentally sounds like a name? I don't know. But No More Heroes is an auteur piece, so you just have to take the weird and lame stuff with the weird and cool stuff, and the cool but rude stuff.
