I would say to heal him, it makes it so much easier to kick the heck out of him again later.

It is a moral dilemma for the heart, but . . . he knew who he was working for, what he was signing up for, and right now they don't need him causing trouble. Leave him to fend for himself for now as a fit punishment for his choices--to start--and if he manages to hold out until the end of this mess, then heal him while making it clear that he's out of work and his future is in her hands to determine.
