Added exterior sound to all dance clubs, strip clubs, stadiums, and Ammunations.
Tweaked some volumes and fixed the sound not starting at a random time (it no longer always starts at the beginning).
Reverb/echo now works independently for each audio instance instead of the camera position (i.e., a car in a tunnel will have reverb sound even if the camera is outside the tunnel, and vice versa).
Deep tunnels (a native game setting, e.g., the SF airport parking lot) now have 2X the reverb intensity.
Reverb intensity and NPC volume are now configurable in the .ini file.
The black audio server window is now hidden in the system tray by default (option in the .ini file).
Fixed Volumetric mode having poor sound positioning for small areas.
Added better backfire/ALS adaptation: the .soundize line now has "flags", allowing to define whether each car has the backfire effect by default, either sound only or sound and flames. If it's disabled by default, scripts and the new VehFuncs update can add it via the "Characteristics" feature in the .dff, where it's also detected by Tuning Mod.
Added adaptation for scripts, including VehFuncs, to set a definition or subdefinition for the car's sound. This is useful for variations of the same car, or tuning mods, to change the engine sound. Also detectable by Tuning Mod.
