I guess she wears this in Sly 4 but I haven't played through that game still so I wouldn't know the context. She just kinda be pretty and that's enough :)

If I recall, in some level from the game, she has to distract the guards by dancing, and the level itself is rhythm based. Not certain, I never played it. only seen her in that as well.

In the fourth one they travel through time and meet Slys ancestors. During the Arab levels she needs to dress as a belly dancer to distract guards. I believe it was largely fan service.
