Linking Patreon to PrimeLeap instructions

The two most recent 3D renders are the first using my new PC and GPU render engine. It's hard to tell the difference with a single image, but on the next animation you will notice the improvement :D

Looks like Sage x Cookie sex will be happening for the next animation! :3
