Tay-Tay Concept Art (Patreon)

I've spoken a bit about it before, but Taylor was not a character I was anticipating for my channel. 

I was reminded of a very old tumblr post about a human biting a zombie and the zombie becoming a human as a result, and my brain some how leapt to "lol bite vampire become vampire." 

From that thought, Taylor's story was born. 

She was meant to be a one-off character. Just a funny little shit post. Now, here we are over 100,000 views in on her story with Snack Pack. 

I really played myself on that one. 

Anyways! Taylor was originally going to be my perfect version of an unhinged vampire: she was going to be dressed like a 90s punk/goth rave girl. As you can see in my sketches, I really had the idea that she would wear a big, fluffy coat or plaid pants. The coat was cut, the pants, however, stayed around. 

My design changed pretty quickly, though, when I thought of who Taylor was as a character a bit more. In my head, Taylor takes pieces of clothes from each of her snacks as she goes, so she ends up with clothes that maybe don't fit perfectly, and I dropped all the accessories. 

Then, we were left with everyone's favorite goth gf. And the rest is history.
