Morgan Halloween Costume (Patreon)

I had a few ideas for Morgan for her Halloween costume, and, in the end, I had to make her Kim Possible for a few reasons. One, Morgan is a red head and so is Kim Possible. Kim has that fun, can do attitude, which Morgan also has. And also... crop tops with baggy pants are peak character design and I needed to see Morgan in the costume.
