New tiers (Patreon)

Just to make sure people understand, the new tiers are just due to how my financial situation got worsened due to my country's exchange rate with dollar plummeting, as patreon is my sole and exclusive income.
Also, the new tiers do not affect the old tiers. The current $10 tier will still receive the exact same rewards now and in the future. The new tiers offer other kind of new rewards.
