Erasing Consciousness: Sleep Hypnosis (Patreon)

This sleep hypnosis recording gently guides the listener through an imagination exercise designed to erase the barrier between the conscious mind and sleep. In this exercise the listener envisions a magic pencil that draws a perfect sketch of them and then using the eraser on the pencil the listener "erases" the sketch. There is no wake up command at then end of this recording so please be ready to sleep before listening.
