Trying out Blender (Mei Dump) (Patreon)

Its kinda funny this is my first real attempt at doing stuff in Blender and using a model that isn't blocky. Figured I'd go with Mei cuz everyone loves the chubby Overwatch woman (myself included). Honestly I felt like a caveman with fire playing around with this rig. Idk much about Blender but it was an insightful first try at animating/posing and figuring out some sort of workflow with it (which was nice)

My plan now is to find someone who can model/rig my character(s) and start doing more stuff in Blender similar to this look. Trying to branch from Minecraft and dip my toes in the realm of 3D more. Mostly just stuck on model design choices cuz there's a lot more planning with stylized models than blocky models. Would love to make more stuff like this but with my characters in the future!

On an ending note, ever since JOA5 Its been kinda weird not having that project looming over me anymore. Sorta feels like a fever dream but it actually happened and now idk what to do content-wise. I don't think I'll ever top that animation in my life lmao

Would love to hear what you guys think about all this. Just looking to branch out and expand on my portfolio more! With the support of you guys of course, you guys inspire me a lot
