Forbidden three are Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. They were forbidden to have more children because they became too powerful. That’s why Percy is a forbidden child because Poseidon is his dad.

Also, the gods are their actual parent, being claimed means that your godly parent has told everyone that you are his/her child. And the gods do meet mortals and sometimes have kids with them and that’s the Demi-gods. Not all gods claim their children and say that they’re theirs and that’s why some Demi-gods are unclaimed. Hopefully that helps :)
