I don't think they like Fannita, they're just reacting in a very detached way. I didn't watch the second season, but the first season they were quite invested emotionally and like most of us, didn't get to see a satisfying ending. They're trying to read the cast from a game theory perspective, but even then they were visibly uncomfortable when Fannita was acting disrespectful towards Fosh.
