Oof, ya.. always ask your doctor before you quit something. Even alcohol for alcoholics, they can have a seizure or stroke if they quit too quickly, and anti-psychotics like Benzodiazapines (including ambien, which has a benzo in it) can cause heart attacks, seizures, or psychotic breaks. My mom has bipolar and my father considered her prescribed meds for it drugs, so he dumped them in the toilet and she developed severe psychosis and mania for a while, and when I tried to quit opiates on my own, it was the most excruciating mental and physical pain I ever been in 😬 just don't mess around. People hype "going cold turkey" like it makes you strong or something, but it's SO dangerous and scary. Not to mention how I got addicted to opiates was because I was withdrawing from Ambien badly and had no idea cuz it's just a sleeping pill, I didn't think it would give me withdrawals 😅 hells, found out even benadryl is bad to take for long periods and suddenly stop lol. So ya always check. 🫣 tuned out to write this and suddenly a bloody massacre just jump scared me.. damn 😶

Man I know peaky blinders have commited a lot of crimes and if it was irl I would say they deserve it but watching John get shot multiple times was so shocking to me. Dang what a bloody start to the new season
