8:54, aunt Pol: "Call her Ruby. Ruby Shelby. She'll be a star in a hollywood movie." My mind is thinking about Oshi no Ko, I'm predicting right now Tommy's third child will be Aqua

"No body, no death". The oft-repeated mantra. Never forgo ancient wisdom! Honestly, I was also fooled for a while until the actual funeral scene. They didn't show Arthur's body, even though they did so for John, which was strange. That was the biggest clue for me that Arthur was alive. Then Tommy not letting the mother get closer to the funeral so she wouldn't see through the ruse was another clue. On the meta side two major character deaths in one season seemed a bit too much.

One more clue was when they had a close up shot of Linda's face during the funeral, she didn't look sad enough (at least to me, lol kind of a horrible thing to say on my part but it was strange)

1920s uk politics - liberal party in decline, labour party (founded 1900) on a massive rise and formed a government in 1924, tories always consistent. Modern - Labour in government, tories as the official opposition, liberal democrats (not the liberals) are third largest, green party, reform, scottish nationalist party etc all considered important political parties.
