About the rest of Nordic, there mostly all Vargus, a group of former warriors-class slaves races . They are extremely similar to the 86 , both in there mentality and skills. They have a strong warrior culture, believeing In fighting until the very end/ a peaceful death is shameful. And because of the years of fighting there generally the only ones able to fight alongside the 86 Raiden's descendents were Vargus, his call sign "Wehrwolf" is a a kind of nod to the Vargus being called beastmen

Nukes wouldn't work because the legion are mechanical, sure the actual explosion would take a huge amount of them out but they could just rebuild and then they would be fighting legion in radioactive land

They also cant even guide rockets or missiles to hit them in the first place since the legion just shoots them all down.

I'll note, when they say 'Damn disgusting 86' it's almost like a compliment. These guys are dying in battle too, so its not like the safe Alba saying it. Its like when your unit is the dirty dozen, or the pigs. Soldiers always talk like that in battle to one another, a sort of defaming respect
