I love that Wes calls Lelouch a theater kid, cuz now that we’re showing similarities/parallels between him & his father... I can’t help but to notice that his love for theatrics is something he got from his dad too. 😂😭 Acting like the Geass got him, shooting himself, and then playing dead was so unnecessary. 😭 Also, thanks for the upload - & Merry Christmas!

I think Charles decided to kill C.C as a form of mercy since all of them used to hangout when they were younger. I believe it wouldn't cost him anything to do so since immortality plus immortality is probably just immortality lol. I love how Lelouch and his dad have always had similarities and the more Lelouch got power the more they kinda showed up. V.V was Charles actual older brother and seemed pretty protective of him (and seemed to love him a lot and appreciated Lelouch entirely because he ressembled Charles the most out of the siblings) so it's extra sad that Charles was the one who decided to let him die. He was very reactive everytime Marianne was mentionned and during the destruction of The Order he seemed to have some kind of disdain for her. But here C.C says that both him and Charles loved Marianne and when C.C asks Charles why he let his brother die he doesn't really answer so I always believed that that dynamic was part of the reasons things ended that way. Steph pointed out that he must've reached the peak of Geass as a child and he became immortal back then too. And although he's really smart he still acted childish in a lot of ways and I think that's one of the reasons I've always felt bad for him. He probably did some horrific stuff as the president of The Order but there was no way he wouldn't be corrupted by power at such a young age. Same for Rolo actually . I couldn't hate him even after Shirley's death. Of course I was mad at him for it but I just pitied him. He never truly got to form an identity as a child soldier and I felt like the situation was in part on Lelouch as well. He decided to cultivate that dependence that Rolo had on him knowing that he was probably mentally unstable due to his upbringing with a whole "I'm your entire world and only we matter as brothers" attitude while never reinforcing the fact that Nunnally wouldn't change their dynamic because he resented him for "taking Nunally's place (Something Rolo had no real choice in mind you). Because of that he intended to use him and discard him and it truly backfired because for Rolo it's very much "I can feel that ultimately I'm a replacement so what happens if she comes back? I must secure the only semblance of life I have with my brother because he's my entire world and my whole identity is dependent on him and for that she needs to stay gone" Shirley couldn't have predicted that it would trigger him but sadly it did. Really love the complexity of C.C's and Lelouch's relationship because it was transactional from the beginning but they clearly care for eachother in a lot of ways. As allies, accomplices, friends, and there's probably even some romantic feelings mixed in there but her refusing to do to him what was forced upon her ( btw I believe she was bleeding in the flashback because there was a struggle when the nun forced C.C to kill her) shows how much she cared. And her refusing to die right at the end when Lelouch basically says that he loves her (however that may be) shows how even with all that time spent existing her trauma around wanting to be loved was still unresolved. (Never forgiving her for what she did to Mao though 🤣 and now thinking about how her desire to be loved probably influenced that relationship in some pretty messed up ways) Sorry for the long ass text and Happy Holidays!

I am late here but the reason C.C. is bleeding when she is accepting the code is simple - the nun attacked her and almost killed her. That way C.C. would be forced to accept the code. It was between dying right then and there and immortality. I believe most of us would choose immortality when faced with the dread of death.
