Happy Wednesday, Addie. Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993) looks like one wild adventure that really had it coming. I plan on watching this movie soon. BTW, the actor who played Westley in The Princess Bride (1987), Jonas Miller in Twister (1996) and Sir Edgar in Ella Enchanted (2004) is Cary Elwes.

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 This is such a fun movie. And it's easily my favorite Cary Elwes movie next to "The Princess Bride". Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Another great Robin Hood movie that I very highly recommend if you haven't seen it yet is the 1991 "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" starring Kevin Costner. Have a great day today! 😊

I do hope that she watches the Extended Cut. #RobinHoodPrinceOfThievesForAddieCounts And other Kevin Costner movies that I would also suggest are Silverado (1985), The Untouchables (1987), Bull Durham (1988), Field of Dreams (1989), Revenge (1990), Dances with Wolves (1990), JFK (1991), The Bodyguard (1992), Wyatt Earp (1994), Waterworld (1995), Tin Cup (1996), The Postman (1997), For the Love of the Game (1999), The Guardian (2006), McFarland USA (2015) and the upcoming Horizon: An American Saga (2024). #MoreKevinCostnerForAddieCounts

Not the best introduction to Mel Brooks (especially given that a fair amount of the jokes have more of a payoff if you've seen "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" first), but here we are. Time to go down the rabbit hole.

Amy Yasbeck two weeks in a row!! While a lot of the jokes are riffs on Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (the Robin who couldn’t do an English accent) this is by far the superior of the two films and the Robin Hood mythology is strong enough to carry the audience through.

I love the absolute DELIGHT that you show whenever a musical number starts. That's how i feel when a musical number starts! I love this movie, but it's actually usually ranked on the lower-end when people go over Mel Brooks' filmography. That's not a dig here, but rather shows JUST HOW GOOD the rest of his films are. I think you'd love "Blazing Saddles" and "Young Frankenstein", plus "History of the World, Part I" and "Spaceballs".
