Here's the full length reaction to Team America: World Police! Had a lot of recommendations for this around 4th of July last year, so we're fitting it in this year! When I say nothing could've prepared me for this movie.... truly NOTHING could've prepared me for this movie hahaha. Enjoy!

Happy Friday, Addie. What a nice surprise. You were DEFINITELY unprepared for what you just saw in Team America: World Police (2004). Now I really wanna check out this movie because it's gonna be wild. BTW, perfect timing for the film's 20th anniversary, this year. Good luck on the YouTube edit. I do hope that the censorship is outrageously hilarious.

YESSS!! Would this be for theatrical or unrated?

PHILLIP CORNISH

This definitely wasn't on my bingo card...

Alex Tan

Theatrical. The Unrated version isn't on any streaming service.

Alex Tan

It was on nobody's bingo card. But it was definitely a nice surprise.

Randee Carreno

Happy Friday, Addie! 😊 I have yet to see this movie. So, this will be a first time watch for me as well. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day today & a great weekend! 😊

Best musical of the 21st century

I love this movie and I’m very happy Addie reacted to it, but having said that, I actually have no words. I was not expecting this at all.

What would yew dew... Also, any plans to watch "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut"?

Scot

There are parts of this that will be a *little* challenging to edit…

Luis Fernandez

I had forgotten about the Pearl Harbor song. Love it!

Addie Counts

That's all I could think about while watching the movie hahaha. I'm dreading it already!

Alex Tan

Despite what the song The End of An Act was saying about Pearl Harbor (2001), I'm still suggesting that movie to Addie, no matter what anyone says. Kudos to Viki & Michelle from The Homies for watching that movie in March of last year. #PearlHarborForAddieCounts

I never seen this before but all I knew it was inspired by the Thunderbirds show and I was familiar with the song. And now my face hurts and I gotta add those songs to my playlist.

George Baxter

This film is a genuinely brilliant satire, especially in its time... it's so dumb and yet so subtle. And ambitious! Skewer politics, celebrity, Americanism, Terrorism. Use a medium nobody has attempted on film in years. BRILLIANT

Doug

Lol, I forgot about the cats! 🤣 On a tangent, something that sometimes gets forgotten in Parker and Stone projects like this and South Park is these guys are also seriously good at musical theater. There are a ton of funny musical numbers in both the South Park show and film, and their show The Book of Mormon (which I unfortunately haven't seen yet) won nine Tony Awards including Best Musical. It's hard not to like the music in their stuff, even when they're singing about something totally gross or ridiculous. 😄

Billy Dancel

Early on I was expecting to hear, “Is the whole movie only going to have puppets?” But you caught on right away. Yeah, the vomiting does go to the extreme but it’s par for the whole movie.

Byrd N. Hand

I've only seen bits and pieces of this, but I do know that the song "Montage" was re-used here, after having first appeared in the classic South Park episode "Asspen."

Addie Counts

I've seen The Book of Mormon, and it's so fun! I totally forgot that they did that musical!

Cameron Kerby

If you may be looking for a good summer movie I suggest Meatballs. It’s a summer camp movie and it was Bill Murray’s first.

Philip Davetas

Good thing you didn't watch the unrated cut. That sex scene gets scatteriffic.

Doug Watson

MATT DAMON!!!!! You should definitely watch South Park.

Thomas Yanez

I never get tired of taking in the amazingly detailed sets.
