The Narrator

Helium-3 is a real thing, and the idea of harvesting helium-3 from the moon as a fuel comes up in a lot of scifi works. When there's the name of an element followed by a number like that, it means that it's an isotope with that atomic weight. Normally helium has an atomic weight of 4 with 2 protons and 2 neutrons, so presumably helium-3 has 2 protons and 1 neutron. Anyway, a great episode discussing a great movie.

I had no idea who Sam Rockwell was. For some reason my mental image filled in Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) instead. And honestly, I think he could pull it off.
