Going to go ahead and repost this as a main comment. This episode specifically has an extended version shown on the initial broadcast and on the bluerays. Reruns and streaming services use the slightly trimmed version and has a few scenes missing. If you are having sync issues you are watching the Blu-ray or the pirated version of it.

Its the only episode like this. I cpukdnt find a copy of the TV edit, so I bought the SD edition off Amazon Prime for $2 and it worked
