Funnily enough I JUST listened to the director's commentary for this and composer David Carbonara said he was inspired by old music, particularly appalachian / american folk music and instruments, which were also partial inspo for the LOTR soundtrack.

I like the way this episode did the flashbacks. Your stream of this episode seem to be at a slightly faster speed compared to your stream of previous episodes of MM. Maybe not. The new guy Lane is played by Jared Harris who is excellent as a lead in the awesome "Chernobyl" (2019) miniseries if you haven't seen it. CHERNOBYL (2019) (5 episodes). IMDb 9.3, RT 95%, RT Audience 97%. Won Emmy for Outstanding Limited Series.

The fact that she tied the opening of the episode to the moment Dick finally told someone his real birthday is why I watch reaction videos (or one of the many reasons). Reactors always pick up on these details that I never directly connect and it just makes the show so much better.
