How dare you accuse me of refreshing the feed for the last hour for Andor! Only a crazy person would even suggest it.

Brogan

serkis is one of my favorite all time actors. his intro in the last episode (bringing cassian onto the floor) had me grinning like a fool on first viewing. and his performance only got better from there

Daniel Molina

“Never more than 12” And suddenly I’m ready to start a breakout with them 😮‍💨🔥

Jacob Amidon

May or may not have signed up for the patreon just to get these reactions early. This show rocks so hard!

I started this show because of you girls despite having been a longtime Star Wars fan (got fatigued from the abundance of content that was being released), I’m now on s2 and just wow… absolutely the best thing to ever come out of this franchise 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

sand_fl

I'm in a birthday and I'm tempted to bail on my family and watch this 🤣

HenryM

"Never more than 12" Full body chills every time

BigJo H

Don’t worry the show has that effect on all of us

Brakthir

I really, really don't want to blow up expectations but season 2 is on another level.

Julmor

My biggest complaint about Andor is that it ruins other Star Wars projects for me. It’s so grounded, so well-written, and so character-driven that it almost feels like a completely different universe. Stormtroopers in the original trilogy are basically comic relief — they miss every shot from three meters away. In Andor they’re legitimately frightening and competent. In the movies, main characters have plot armor thick enough to survive anything. In Andor, main characters get the Nemik treatment and die in the most random, meaningless ways imaginable. It's lowkey hilarious imagining a grounded, realistic character like Partagaz ever having to report to Palpatine — a man who is basically ‘cartoon supervillain’ levels of evil.”

"That's why we're about to make this short", Lola with 31 minutes left in the video 🙂

Brakthir

I grew up on Star Wars and the disappointment I've suffered since the prequels has been exhausting. I was so skeptical when Andor was first announced. I thought Rogue One was very overrated and wasn't sure about a show around a character I barely felt anything for. How wrong I was. And you are right. It's basically ruined everything else. I hate Filoni and the garbage he pumps out. Andor is just such a goddamn gem. Andor is a show that could have succeeded in any sci-fi universe with a fascist empire. It transcends Star Wars.

Brogan

'i just want to watch the next episode' 'thats why we're about to make this short' 'short and sweet' *30 min of discussion* (i wouldnt have it any other way)

mundungus

desperately need more than 1 episode a week my goodness 😭

Ridley

One episode a week has me dying

ksg

Pluribus is in fact amazing. I wouldn't blame you guys if you watched it off channel.

toxichawk

one way out.

My favorite side effect of how good this show is is what happened to the self-appointed leader of all Star Wars fans - a guy that goes by the name Star Wars Theory (SWT). He has a YouTube channel. He has spent years making mostly innocuous content. Fan videos. Lore discussions. Etc. But there is always this pompous douche attitude that he has where he'll rip into other fans and just generally be an asshole that always knows best. Anyways, an interview with Andor's creator Tony Gilroy came out where Tony said he never was a really big Star Wars fan, he just wanted to make good content. This deeply offended SWT. He literally sees himself as a director just looking for a shot and to think a *gasp* non-fan got a chance was too much. So he shit all over Andor. Every episode to him just resulted in the most inane, dumbass criticisms like "you can't have bricks and screws in Star Wars!" He finally rage-quit Andor after S2E3, declaring he would never watch the rest, and went back to making unrelated content. Every. Single. Video's comments after he rage-quit were just thousands upon thousands of people spamming Andor quotes. For weeks, not a single subscriber would engage with him without just quoting Andor. Literally thousands of times. He finally had to relent and release a video that was like "you were right it's good I'm sorry blah blah" and it's died down a bit, but he'll never live down the fact that he decided Andor needed to be horrible to protect his fragile ego.

e

thanks for the context, I never knew why he was so against such a great StarWars show like Andor.

e

I definitely only signed up because of Andor.

You have to watch a few short shows after Mad Men to get your backlog down. 2026 already has 60 episodes of content: - Pluribus Season 1 - Fallout Season 2 - Invincible Season 4 - One Piece Season 2 - The Boys Season 5 [Final] - The Bear Season 5 - House of The Dragon Season 3 2027 will have more stuff too: - Invincible Season 5 - Severance Season 3 - The Last of Us Season 3 ... And people want reactions to: - Adolescence - The Penguin - The Pitt (with Season 2 in January growing to 30eps) - Barry - A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms

Jamie

I hope the microphones survived One Way Out after seeing Lola slap hers away during the Mad Men S3 finale.

Raphgod7

Also Blue Eye Samurai, season 2 comes out sometime in 2026 We don't know yet, but the Bear season 5 might be the final season as well

Raphgod7

Even in as a voice actor in video game, he's so fucking good in Expedition 33😮‍💨

Jamie

The Kreegyr stuff is a little confusing because we never actually meet him and his name gets lost in the other 100 names in this series’ breakneck paced dialogue. But basically: Anto Kreegyr is one of Luthen’s allies, if you recall the conversation he had with Saw Gerrera in his cave. He was trying to get the 3 of them to work together to plan an attack on a power station on Spellhaus, but Saw wouldn’t have it because Kreegyr is a Separatist and Saw is a Partisan and yadda yadda. That’s why Luthen made the comment about fighting with people who agree with you. In this episode, the ISB was saying that they captured one of Kreegyr’s pilots at customs, they interrogated him, and he gave them information about the Spellhaus attack. They want to use this information to surprise attack Kreegyr’s group first.

I’m soooo happy that you guys are loving the show so much!!! 🥳🥳🥳 it only gets better from here!!!

Bernardo

Tomorrow I'll discuss in therapy the fact that I have to wait a week for the reaction to the next episode.

Eric

Me looking at the episode count for season 1 and 2. Disney you knew what you were doing.

Sam

Ep 10 will change lives!!! Can’t wait

darthvader17

"The next time we see Marwa, I think she does something" Ok Milena

Kara

These are my fav stories, I love when this happens!

Edward Lewis

Oh, man. They've already watched 10. Don't make us wait a week for that reaction. Lol

Wakandan King D

Love how quickly y’all fell in love with the show and this is only the start of your Star Wars journey 💯🙌🏾

Golandaz

IMO, it is kind of downhill from here if your start is Andor. But I would be super curious to see how they would react to Rogue One and then the original trilogy

My Toasty Toast

I remember reading about how Andy Serkis would often get depressed after a filming day on LotR because he was so into the zone acting and performing as gollum/smeagol and then coming home remembering that people aren’t going to be seeing his face/himself on screen. I’m so glad we got a live-action role for him in Andor (he also plays a separate cgi character in the movies) because his facial expressions and the delivery of his lines are just so impressive. People deserve to see his acting chops outside of cgi characters

My Toasty Toast

Also I don’t remember if this has been acknowledged but episode 12 has a post-credit scene

Biberius Caldius Mero

As far as I'm aware, we don't know why or how Mon Mothma became a senator at 16. A lot of the senate stuff is pretty vague in Star Wars. How one becomes a senator could be different from planet to planet. Some planets are monarchies where the monarch apparently picks the senator, so they are not necessarily elected. I don't know how long their terms last, either. There are other senators in other Star Wars shows and movies that are also very young.

Biberius Caldius Mero

And yeah, don't forget that there is a post credit scene in episode 12!

Kara

I don't have too much to say except great ep, great reaction and Syril Karn's sudden profession of love and admiration for Dedra is so fucking funny to me every time, I gasped when he said it. who needs dating apps when you can be called in for questioning by the fascist government then stalk your interrogator. "I want what you want" baby boy she just said she'd put you in a cage in a far away place... syril said "yes mommy throw away the key" 😩💀

Jordan Malloy

To give some perspective, the Empire at this time is relatively young. Only 15 years. A lot of the characters are old enough to remember a time with less fascism and their government as a Republic.

My Toasty Toast

Well if you dissect it the republic was practically the empire for its final years. Not really much of a difference for the little folk

Scared Cannon

That ep 10 reaction is gonna be peak

I suggest fans should consider helping to temper their expectations. Without watching/fully remembering Rogue and the original trilogy [both arguably inferior, with much less complexity and far more juvenile in tone], the final two episodes negatively impact the season as a whole, **if** analyzed in isolation as a standalone television series. So if they can tolerate the marked drop in quality when venturing beyond Andor, they will likely gain an even fuller appreciation of the show - retroactively - but that's not 100% guaranteed either.
