Finally met my favourite character! Funny they didn't even say her name this episode. There's no laws against drinking in public in Japan so that's why she has those paper "juice" box drinks. Lightweight and easy to throw away. Best GirlFailure.

Italo-Disco is my feel-good genre. It consistently fills me with serenity and happiness listening to it. So, I'm recommending one of my favourites from the genre, Mr. Flagio - Take a Chance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVmEwtjjET0. That said, the tracks can be on the long side and are generally meant for DJs to mix them into sets with shorter run times. I love Mr. Flagio, but their best songs are also best cut up into a set. Oh nice, glad that The Beaches recommendation went well ^^ Trying to think of a way to make some sort of theme, so if I'm pulling a from a movie, and the song is also vibe-y, and also another Toronto group, I'll go with "Black Sheep" by Metric (but I highly enjoy the version from the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World that had Brie Larson singing)

I'm so late but what a good episode I love my girl bocchi... since Lola recommended a song from a movie, my song recommendation for this week is NEXUS by Sawano Hiroyuki from the Promare (2019) soundtrack (a movie I would love to see your reaction to, but it seems so unlikely), the entire soundtrack & movie is loud af, colorful, fun... I'm feeling so nostalgic talking about it since I haven't seen or thought about it in years lol.
