The way i understood from subs and people translating on twt that Dai and shun lived tgt at dais parents right after or soon after filming was wrapped and they moved to their own apartment in October after the reaction video was filmed. I could be wrong tho (just now finished watching and you read that out loud so I wasn't wrong hehe)
