Let’s actually take a moment to highlight Men’s Mental Health Awareness this month too. It goes unnoticed everyday and is never talked about. Love is important, so use it and reach out to your fathers, uncles, grandpas, brothers and male friends and check in with them. Tell them you love them and that you’re thinking about them and want them to know it’ll all be okay and to stay strong.

that's exactly it! I have a friend whose a cousin is gay. He went with him to a gathering like that to support him and since he wasn't gay himself he was turned away like a turd because he wasn't from their community. A fine example of tolerance, isn’t it? When we are not from their community and we want to be open and reach out to them as a sign of support, we literally get turned away and the door slammed in our faces. This is not how we will arrive at a world of tolerance and equality.

It’s what I consider closed toxic club syndrome. Then they wonder why people get annoyed with the hypocrisy, but then being outside of said club, you aren’t allowed an opinion 🙄

I thought being male was considered taboo, by some? 🙃
