Actually, I think when he says "The secret is in the "nose"," he's referring to the fact that our noses are actually in our field of view all the time, but our brain chooses to ignore it, so we don't actually notice it unless we actually try.

She is intended to be an amalgamation character representing SJW and Regressive Left people in 1st World Western culture. She exist to be a foil to the other characters, and her ideas mocked for their ironic bigotry and weakness.

BLAH BLAH You aggresive BLAH BLAH privileged phallus wielding-oppressor BLAH BLAH You Offensive BLAH BLAH BLAH Racist BLAH BLAH HETERO-TYRANT!!" Elly: "Doesn't the stupidity that flies out of her mouth bother you? How can you be so calm when that Clara woman's around?" Artur: "The key is in the nose." Elly: ".....I don't get it." Artur: "She KNOWS I'm here, but my brain KNOWS to ignore her."
