It's a reference to a recent case that actually happened: a TikTok girl, who was streaming at a gym and pretending to do some exercise (but only did some stretching and suggestive poses), accussed a random guy for harrasment after he was watching her for a couple seconds. After several minutes of arguing, the guy contacted the manager and the influencer got expelled from the gym.
