Well, the new beastkin territories is the section of the city the beastkin claimed during the negotiation to cut off the army’s access to the last Rift. The Wolf Lord is the end Guardian of the Wolf Rift, whose monsters claimed the southern parts of the city as their hunting ground.

Yeah, outside the city and outside the map. I think I said it was a few hours of walk away along a highway … though my memory could be wrong.
