That One Piece is a post-apocalyptic story, one where the world is slowly drowning in water for the past 800 years is the craziest plot twist so far.

No spoilers but one issue I have with this arc is it's pacing. You will see what I mean as it continues. The pacing issues aren't the same as in the past arcs. Which is why I feel like stating this.

York is such a cool character idea - for a scientist, completely eliminating the need for bodily functions like eating, sleeping, and using the bathroom would be such a tremendous time saver overall. Given that York is virtually always sleeping, it's implied that the other Vegapunks straight up don't need to sleep. Also, Alicia is not ready to learn more about Kuma. She simply is not. In fairness, nobody is.

So fun fact, Oda's main non-plot goal for egghead was to get better at drawing ass, thus the outfits for the girls, it's to get better at drawing ass.

Franky has always been more tan than Usopp, and there's been multiple instances over hundred's of episode's where Usopp's skin tone got lighter... Post Time-skip Sabaody, Wano, and now Egghead. Frankly the entire crew has been given lighter skin tones in either Wano or Egghead I personally dont think its that much of a problem but it is weird to see him look like Pinocchio with DSLs lol

Maybe it's just me, but I was never a fan of the Egghead drip (although I get why people drool over Nami and Robin).
