I genuinely thought the control chips for the Pacifista would actually be an implant inside the host's body not an actual obtainable item. having them be an obtainable item seems like such a reckless flaw in the tech that it can easily be taken advantage of.

the seraphim fights were also skipped in the manga so unfortunately they could not animate the fights but don't worry they made use of their animation budgets and used it on the next few fights ;P

Kizaru Is light, Luffy Is the concept of Light. Like a ray of light fighting the Sun! :D This is why its clear One Piece reaching its end, Luffy Is a God and the only real threats are Imu and the 5 elders along with well Black Beards Trickery ( but thats more because Luffy also is kind and caring and thats a weakness villains can use )
