For me Patrick Stump finally getting some singing spotlight was what I was waiting all this season, and he delivered it, he should also get a lot more spotlights next season, he is one of if not the one with most baggage in the singing department of the cast, as despite not being broadway or anything like that as most of the cast, he is the leadman of a successful band over 2 decades old.

1. Overall I really enjoyed this season and think it’s better than Season 1. I particularly feel the pacing of this season was better than the first. I think it’s proof enough though to affirm what Vivziepop said about their writing improving with each season. 2. The only real complaint I have is that Abel and especially Lute felt kind of wasted and rushed. I’m not going to dwell on it too much because Vivziepop has said Lute’s arc is not done. 3. Before I watched these last two episodes I thought about how big a tease they could be for Season 3 and this is not far off from what I came up with. I was thinking something like Lilith would finally call Charlie or she’d actually answer her phone and we’d just hear one small line from her. But they went with an even bigger tease by having her call back and rolling credits before we got to hear her voice.

On the lute thing and this is mainly a theory I’ve cracked up for myself, what if in lutes delusions she decides that if Abel won’t let her kill all sinners why not go to his brother Cain, the first murderer and ask him to work with her to kill all sinners, starting with the hotel and Charlie, only for karma to hit immediately by having Cain shank lute

WHY DID THEY END IT IN THAT 🫠🫠🫠🫠 I throughly enjoyed season 2, your reactions gave it some extra enjoyment👍, but I did like season 1 with the 2 songs per episode, I felt a little overwhelmed with all the songs this season. A lot were bangers and I’m definitely adding them to my playlist but I liked the song pacing in season 1.

Abel is the kind of character that can do the right thing when it really matters. That being said, i’m sure most of the show he will be just the usual idiot with confidence issues, don’t expect too much from him and certainly don’t expect his screentime to increase, except if/when Lute rebels.

To answer your question at the end, Viv stated in an interview that Season 3 is already well into production (along with Season 4!!!), but that it will most likely take about as long as it took for Season 2, so we're currently looking at a release for S3 in 2027 most likely.
