i heard the reason they got rid of Doaks was because he was so on Dexter's ass, for so long, it dosent make sense that he wouldn't have caught him by then, and i mean, they could have had dexter frame him and then he leaves and comes back a later season, but they couldn't have him on screen in the same loveable capacity, if he was genuinely just hunting dexter at that point.

1:05:10 unfortunately for me, my brother overdosed and died in 2020. When the police came to file the report and asked questions, the detective was so rude and insulting the entire time. My mother was distraught as it was and he was openly talking pretty much the same way Deb was. My little sis had to get her outside of the house to not hear anymore rude comments.

Some context on the extra long recap, this season started fall 2008, and 2007 was when the show started getting award nominations. Given that this was before streaming was a thing, new viewers would have to rent the dvds, hope to luck out on catching any retuns, or probably pirate the previous seasons online to get caught up, so this was probably the networks way of filling in new viewers the most expedient way they could.

I had to pause and do a double take and some googling during this episode. I'm sure Faxx and Don have talked about enjoying Arrow. Anton, the informant, is actually one of the most GOATed characters from Arrow.
