First time I have been inside a gym in 3 years. I want to begin lifting to help see the scale go up. I am so out of shape tho. I had to do such low weights and I could only workout for like 30 mins

Low weights are ok! I hops,you ate right after this and did not walk much! If you work out you need to eat more! Your belly looks good bouncing while,working out! Get some rest son!
