This is a common thing with fat phobia actually. If you look at the terrible ads on shady sites that have "lose weight fast with this simple trick!" they always have fetish-adjacent pictures of girls grabbing a really big round belly or wrapping the gut in measure tape like bondage and comparing a skinny belly to the big fat one. They have sometimes even used fetish art of fat girls to show how disgusting you will be if you don't click on the link. It always feels weird to us because it hits all the notes unintentionally but for the average normie it is just meant to invoke disgust.
