So close.

I promise I'm not dragging this out on purpose. One of the things I always struggle with, and I assume every other webcomic artist struggles with, is balancing between two different types of readers. The ones who read it page by page as it comes out and the ones who are gonna read it all in one go. And it's gotta flow well for both. Something I'm still learning.

Okay I had a whole big comment about Scott McCloud and the passage of time in comics, but I booted it because I want you to know, that we appreciate you and love your art and want you to succeed

I love the color work here. It reminds me of growing up visiting my grandma in the Ozarks. That sort of green-gold haze over everything. Really nice.

I agree with Jacob! The tension is making me feel strong emotions, which is great for art to do. And seeing their complex emotions play out so subtly with no dialogue is incredible and wonderful 💜💜

No don't even worry, there's so much happening! You're amazing at showing their expressions and the journeys they're going through. Plus the light and colour and shading is as beautiful as ever, I could look at it all day <3

Don't worry, Ari! We think you're doing great! But for Mack: What are you doing? Talk to Felix!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️ (that comment isn't about your pace. Your pace is so good! It's because we love to suffer with characters' doubts and flaws... as Brennan Lee Mulligan would say 🤣)

Mack? What're you doing with your hands?! What are you contemplating now, Mack...???
