I just have some questions like - how limited is the monthly slots ( since is going to be 1 guaranteed movie at our request per month, if its 5 slots is it 5 guaranteed movies) - since its monthly slots is that something you have to pay for each month in addition to our membership that we have now or will it be like a gift for patreon members and a first come first serve, kinda thing ( like you drop the membership at the beginning of each month for free and who ever on the patreon gets it first is able to request)

I feel like this is a great way to get more movies on the schedule. And imo I think $35/mo is fair bc that’s $20+ for 1 movie a month or maybe up to $50 depending on how many people want to participate? But that might be a bit steep.

I dont agree with $35 being fair b/c if you are already on their highest tier which is $15, paying an extra $20 just to request 1 movie is insane, i also thing that people in lower tiers should be able to choose as well I think a bidding for the limited slots each month for an additional $5 may be more fair(that way more/different people will have a chance to choose each month), i js dont know if patreon will allow them to do it that way

The number of slots will match the number of movie reactions we can realistically produce each month. For example, if we open 2 slots, that means 2 guaranteed movie reactions from requests will be scheduled during that period. We keep the number limited to maintain quality and avoid long wait times. This would not be an ongoing monthly charge unless you choose to stay in the tier. Each purchase counts as one movie request. After submitting your request, you can cancel the tier if you want, since the request is already secured. It would be a paid, optional add-on, not a free perk. We’d open a limited number of request slots periodically, and it would be first-come, first-served for anyone who wants to grab one when they go live.
