Ok this was kind of the calm before the storm. You’re right it’s about to get exciting! And yes the shots and just the whole atmosphere they created in this world is awesome, you feel like you’re there in the Caribbean with them, even though it wasn’t shot in the Caribbean lol. And yes Flint is a master manipulator he’s that character that is convinced he’s doing the right just thing but doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty to achieve what he believes is the greater good. Trust it gets so much better.

Yayyy more Black Sails! Things definitely pick up next episode and never stop. Thank you for sticking out season 1 even if you’ve had doubts. I think you’ll want to watch the next episode and the season 2 premiere together. Also can’t wait for some of the mysteries to be revealed.

Also, without spoiling anything I’m just going to say: once you watch season 2 I highly recommend rewatching the scenes between Flint and Miranda in this season.

The slavery scenes are important bruh. Don't disregard it because its distasteful. That's why you didn't catch the thing Flint is missing/strange about the ship because you blinded yourself to seeing it. Gotta be able to look through uncomfortable things in life to see the true purpose instead of letting rage turn off your brain.
