Truly, what you did was perfect. Even though you haven't read the books, you're one of the most astute reactors I've seen & you have a knack for predicting things that blows my mind. For that reason, a little "taste" (pun intended) of Lestat is enough. Backstory, for me, was my favorite part of the novel (and honestly, it constituted the majority of it), so I really hope they deliver all of the goodness. I have so much faith in the writers and actors, and I literally cannot wait.
