Tier Reward: Legends Arceus Lo (Patreon)

A $25 tier reward for patron Einherger of his pokemon OC, Lo of Team Skull!  He wanted me to design Lo an alternate outfit based on the idea that Lo was isekai'd into Hisui Region!!  His wardrobe is inspired by the pokemon Guzzlord~
