Friday Updates (Week Of 3-17-2023) (Patreon)
Content
Woohoo. Alright. Friday updates. Here we go.
So, I need to write out a schedule for the fishing story, but I wanted to start posting it in April. So that should be going up soon.
First on the agenda, I took the first week in this month to finish chapters for the fishing story (The Last Cast). Then I rolled around in the mud for a while and worked on some other story concepts as a break. First one didn't work. Second one kind of works, but they were both for fun.
Second unnamed story (Time Loop Scholar) is about a guy who can loop time, but he's a scholar. So he sucks at fighting and everything, but he loops a segment of time to research stuff. It's weird. Dunno if it's any good, but it worked off some ideas coming from the Class Scholar idea.
But, I'm out of time. I wanted to start working on N&D again with the intention of pushing the Patreon chapters further away from the RR release.
There also may be a restructuring of the tiers here. Nothing crazy, just reworking it so that you can pick if you want to read only N&D or LC and maybe a discounted tier for "all stories". I haven't decided. The reason I haven't decided is because I have no idea how reception on the fishing story is going to be. If it bombs, and I rework the entire patreon... Would it be worth it?
Alright. So, The Last Cast is coming. What is it about?
The Last Cast is an isekai story about a guy who gets transmigrated to be a fisherman. He comes over with a very clear advantage, having a second class slot when most people have one. He takes up a support mage class as his second, and goes on adventures. Each adventure he goes on is to serve his desire to catch more fish. Yay. Fishing is more of a treasure-hunting class centered on fair fights between fishermen and the fish they target.
That reminds me, I have to make a cover for it... Woops.
Anyway, thanks everyone for your support! Not much else to say!
